We are undergoing an exciting time here at AFI, a programme of Digital Transformation is underway, we are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Learning Specialist who has a passion for all things learning, in a digital age, to lead the creation and executionof learning for successfully upskilling end-users in the use of AFI technology, ensuring we are a truly ‘Digital First’ company.

**What you'll get up to as
a
Senior Learning Specialist (Technology)
- Reference existing materials, and develop relationships with Subject Matter Experts, to upskill quickly on the technology and processes underpinning the technology used within AFI.
- Deliver the creation/adaptation of learning content. Depending on the training model agreed, this may include in person delivery, e-learning content, frequently asked questions, help guides and/or learning pathways.
- Lead end user drop in clinics to support colleagues in the use of AFI technology.
- Be the Learning expert and advocate of innovative and progressive learning technologies.
- Develop social and peer to peer learning channels
- Provide coaching to line managers on development initiatives - specifically linked to technology and digital solutions.
- Be AFI Subject Matter Expert on e-learning, virtual, digital design and creation.
- Ensure all content available to all AFI colleagues is aligned with FCA, AFI Value and kept current on the learning management platform.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure digital/technology solutions are developed to meet the needs of the business.
- Work with stakeholders to provide updates and LMS status reports to help ensure compliance at all levels.
- Keep up to date with innovations, trends and explore new technologies within the external digital learning community.Share findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.

**What we look for in you
- Demonstrable track record of developing, collaborating and executing training needs analysis across business change programmes.
- The ability to build quality learning content that puts the end user first covering in person training, e-learning, digital, video, audio, help guidance and running drop-in clinics etc
- Experience developing learning content for technical systems with high adoption rate & feedback from end users.
- A track record of collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- A strong appreciation for cross-functional business processes.
- Experience in creating content for e-learning and hosting using relevant e-learning platforms covering both new business processes and technical instructional guidance.
- A strong self-starter and track record in meeting content creation deadlines.
- Certified or have experience of Adobe Captivate, RISE and Articulate
- Certified or have experience of working with and using AGILE methodology
- Experience of working with LMS data sets
