**The Opportunity**

Working in the front office team as a Night Team Member, you are a key factor and have a big responsibility within the Hotel. Your job is to keep the Hotel running smoothly, making sure all the guests are comfortable, safe and assisting with all customers’ requests throughout the night. As a Night Team Member, you will need to make sure the hotel is running smoothly and effective. In this role you will have the ability to grow your career and give customers the best experience in staying in one of are excellent venues.

- Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector
- Previous night working experience,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure
- Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
- Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
- Possess a can-do attitude.
- Self-starter

**Hotel**

Our Best Western Aberdeen Airport Hotel, which is part of the Sure Collection is just a short walk from Dyce train station and extremely close to Aberdeen Airport.

The hotel has 200 bedrooms including everything from great value twins and doubles, to more luxurious ‘executives’ with king-size beds, 78 family rooms and one rather lovely four-poster suite all decorated in a tasteful contemporary blend of bold reds, rich earth tones, and warm wood.

With over 70 golf courses including Royal Aberdeen Golf Course within an hour’s drive of the hotel and Aberdeen city centre a short distance away, adventure and exploration are sat on your doorstep.

A popular party venue for up to 220 guests with a 100 m2 dance floor, and four meeting rooms for up to 400 delegates.
