As an Apprentice Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to[1]day operations of Noise Solution, helping us deliver our mission to empower young people and their families.
**Key Responsibilities -**
**Administrative Support**
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using Noise Solution’s digital platforms
- Organise and manage digital files and physical documents
- Schedule meetings and manage diaries for the team.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
**Customer Service**
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, both online and in person
- Liaise with participants, families, and partner organisations as required.
**Operational Support**
- Support the logistics of creative mentoring sessions, such as booking venues and arranging resources.
- Assist in tracking attendance, session completion, and data collection
- Help with maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Support the creation and sharing of content across our social media channels.
**Team Collaboration**
- Contribute to team meetings by providing updates on admin tasks
- Work collaboratively with the admin and delivery teams to ensure smooth operational flow
**Social media support**
- Support the creation and curating of our social media strategy
**What You’ll Learn**
- Through this apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience and develop skills in:
- Office administration and operational support
- Professional communication and customer service
- Using digital tools for data management and reporting
- Understanding the impact of Noise Solution’s work in transforming young lives. You will work towards a relevant qualification, (e.g., Level 3 Business Administration) apprenticeship and receive full support from your supervisor and training provider

**Eligibility Criteria**
- You must not hold a qualification in business administration above Level 3
- Eligible to work in the UK and committed to completing the full apprenticeship duration

**Training Information**
If you do not hold GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent), these will be delivered alongside the apprenticeship programme.
Our delivery of training is through blended learning. Supported by one of our sector specialist tutors, they will deliver teaching sessions using various methods including face to face teaching, Skype, Facetime, telephone and peer virtual classroom whilst using our interactive multi-sensory teaching resources. Teaching sessions are normally bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the learner’s preferred learning style. Additionally, the tutor will provide the support required to ensure the learner enjoys and ultimately successfully achieves their goals and completes their training. We want learners to feel that our team are approachable at any stage of their learning journey.
You will initially take an online assessment that will help us to understand your learning style and needs, then we will tailor your learning experience accordingly.
