**Job Title**:Painter & Decorator**

**Location**:Working on site in Bournemouth and surrounding areas, Monday - Friday 39 Hours

**An outline of your responsibilities and experience**
- Previous experience working as a dedicated Painter and Decorator
- Works will include Mainly internal with some external works within Social Housing properties - some working at height required
- To support other trades there may be a requirement to get involved with the odd jobs such as replacing door handles/ changing locks, replacing window parts.
- The work will be within the Social Housing Sector so experience in this sector is desirable but not essential
- Working in void properties - bringing homes to a liveable standard.
- Trusted to hit your targets weekly and manage workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- DBS Required.
- Driving Licence Required.

**About You**

The successful Painter and Decorator will possess a Painting qualification with the ability to work across multiple sites, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
