**About Us**
**The Role**
We are looking for an exceptional **Support Specialist - Customer Success & Onboarding** to join our London team. You’ll be the key point of contact for customer onboarding, user support, and ongoing product education—ensuring clients get the most from our solutions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers succeed with digital tools. It’s not a highly technical position but does require curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide friendly, effective support to customers
- Assist with onboarding new clients, guiding them through product setup and training
- Help users get the most out of our advanced features, including API integrations and Power Platform connector
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; escalate when needed but aim to solve first-line queries yourself
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer
- Create and improve help content such as FAQs, walkthroughs, and quick-start guides
- Assist in UAT of new releases
- Support product testing and identify areas for usability improvements
- Take initiative to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and build strong customer relationships
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a customer support, onboarding, or customer success role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, resourceful mindset
- Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident (both written and verbal)
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning new software and helping others do the same
- Interest in APIs, digital communication workflows, or SaaS products (prior experience a plus but not required)
- A commitment to data protection and customer security
- Full-time, in-office availability in London
- Experience delivering customer training or writing user documentation
- Familiarity with user feedback collection or software testing
- General understanding of business communication platforms or tools
- Experience in SaaS software and digital communications desirable
