Life.” **About the role**: The Regional Procurement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a professional procurement service is provided to the Group at an operational level. You will co-ordinate the delivery of purchase-to-pay activities, including master data management, PR-PO approvals, and tactical spot buying. Working in close collaboration with the regional procurement teams and functional stakeholders you will lead a team of Operative Buyers across business units and ERP systems. A combination of purchasing hard and soft skills is required. The position is a hybrid role (mix of office and home working) based at Stockton-on-Tees, with some travel requirements to other sites in the region, and occasionally the Netherlands. **Your Responsibilities**: - Delivery of purchase-to-pay activities, including purchase requisitions and effective order processing, including the achievement of qualitative and quantitative purchase-to-pay targets - Providing mentorship and guidance to Operative Buyers within the regional team and contributing to the definition of operative buying targets in the region. - Develop and own a dashboard of KPI's for respective region, providing regular reporting. - Responsible for the effective ordering of goods and materials, according to business specifications - Ensure transparency and integrity of external vendors and agreements, (e.g., contracts, info records, etc.), master data, maintained according to terms and conditions established by category teams in EMEA. - Responsible for the compliance to procure-to-pay purchasing processes, while proposing innovative approaches to enhance effectiveness and efficiency **Your Qualifications and Skills**: - Proven experience in purchasing, with team leadership/coordination responsibilities. - Familiarity with PR-PO processing and master data management practices - Experience in purchase-to-pay activities, and familiarity with ERPs, such as SAP. - Advanced knowledge in ERP modules for procurement - Good coaching and team leadership skills **What you can expect**: Our corporate culture is based on the values of integrity, respect, bravery, collaboration, and persistence, we call it "Our Way".
