As an experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) from the NHS or private sector, you'll join a team that works in close partnership with Staffordshire Police and Mental Health Services, and you’ll join a Trust that puts people at the heart of what we do.

**What you will get**:

**Things that you will have**:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration - RMN

**What you will be doing**:
- Delivering high-quality clinical service to patients and their families.
- Acting as named nurse to a group of patients under the direction/supervision of the person identified with continuing responsibility.
- Participating in therapeutic group work programs.
- Taking charge of the ward in the absence of the ward manager and deputy ward manager.
You will be responsible for assessing care needs and contributing to; the formulation of the person’s needs and the development of a relevant plan based upon the person’s negotiated goals and relevant evidence-based interventions. In conjunction with themulti-disciplinary team, you will provide nursing interventions to support the person to meet their agreed goals and coordinate and/ or participate in the review of progress towards those goals, utilising recommended outcome measures, involving the serviceuser and any identified carer throughout the clinical pathway.
