No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is thatyou will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections. ENABLE Scotland creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met. Let us introduce you to **Fiona and Carol** Fionaloves being outdoors, going for long walks (especially on those rare sunny days in Scotland) and just being as generally active as possible. A typical day could be going to the shops to ensure Fiona has all the essentials she needs, or even just goingon day trips in the car. In her downtime, Fiona enjoys listening and sometimes dancing to music. Fionareceives support 7 days a week 24 hours per day.Sadly, it’s not always possible for Fiona to enjoy what many people would consider these ‘simple pleasures’without proper, dedicated support. Supporting Fiona will include working evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Carol is a young lady that we support that has recently finished school and now attends one of the day centres in Perth. Carol enjoys all of the usual things such as music, TV etc that young people enjoy and support for Carol will be between 8.00 - 5.30pmMonday - Friday and also some hours at the weekends. That is why Fiona & Carol need you Will you bring _your_**best** so that Fiona and Carol can live _their_**best** life?
