The Green Hotel, Kinross, is a privately owned 46 bedroom hotel with 2 golf courses, a strong F&B operation and a variety of meeting spaces. We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our team and support or reservations team.
As our Administration Assistant you will be reporting directly to the Reservations team You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Carrying out all administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain the various filing systems.
- Processing payments.
- Support the Reservations team with their admin requirements.
- A working knowledge of PMS - Guestline or RezControl (preferably both)
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- A good understanding of various microsoft office products including word, excel and powerpoint
- Exceptional time management
- Good organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
