Location: Kinross, Onsite – Free Parking

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

Salary: £22,250 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our small but dynamic business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you'll support both the commercial and operational sides of the company. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and help deliver marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all general administrative duties and office coordination
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support the sales process and maintain accurate records in Sage
  • Learn our products and services to provide informed customer support
  • Assist in creating marketing materials – brochures, email campaigns, and content
  • Contribute to social media content and posting schedules
  • Help maintain and update company websites (knowledge of OpenCart or similar platforms preferred)
  • Support digital marketing activities including newsletters, promotions, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with team members to support business operations and sales objectives
  • Perform other duties as required in a small-business environment

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have a "can-do" attitude and enjoy getting involved in every part of a business. You'll be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, speaking with customers, and contributing ideas for marketing growth.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in sales administration or marketing support
  • Confident communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience with Sage (preferred)
  • Familiarity with OpenCart or similar CMS platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management
  • Team player willing to assist across departments as needed
