**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and deploy trading strategies, taking ownership from inception to completion.
- Implement a consultative approach, recognising and articulating appropriate solutions to address customer’s needs,
- Provide expert knowledge on energy commodity fundamentals.
- Manage trading exposure on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Coach, develop, and educate colleagues on key price drivers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Support the development and execution of company strategy within the management team.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers
**Skills and experience required**:
- A desire to outperform targets and strive to be the best in the industry.
- Proven ability to establish and execute trading strategies, delivering tangible results.
- Demonstrated understanding of macroeconomic trends and technical charting.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding and strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
- Proven history in energy trading, with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Several years of experience working in Risk Management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
