At Ingeus, this is exactly what we aimto do and currently have an opportunity for a Youth Engagement Advisor to join the team in Kent, North Kent and Maidstone region on a permanent basis.

As our Youth Engagement Advisor, you will work to achieve results for expressions of interest and sign-ups per school and season, working closely with other team members, promoting the NCS experience when working on recruitment drive stalls and deliver recruitmentevents such as assemblies, teacher meetings and other youth group sessions.

Along the way, you’ll be helping youths develop skills that’ll help them smash their future goals. If you are someone who loves presenting in front of audiences of young people, creating enthusiasm, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholdersbut also a confident self-starter who can easily adapt to a varied audience, we’d love to hear from you

This is a very fast paced, no day is the same type of role and will suit someone who likes performing and entertaining groups of people, someone who likes to be part of a dynamic team, or perhaps a recent graduate who is looking to start their career workingwith youths and helping local communities thrive.
