**About Us**

Play-a-Way Nursery & Preschool, part of the trusted Play-a-Way Nurseries group, has recently opened a brand-new setting in **Chatham, Kent.** We’re now seeking enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our growing team and help create a nurturing, fun, and educational environment for children.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can flourish
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Collaborate with a passionate team to provide high-quality care
- Build strong relationships with families to create a sense of community
- Observe and record children’s progress to tailor activities to their unique needs
- Ensure the nursery remains a safe, clean, and stimulating space

**What We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- Possess excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- Are passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives
- Bring energy, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in childcare
