**Breakfast Manager - Hospitality**

**Ascot**

Vanta Staffing have partnered with an amazing brand and chain of 5 star Hotels throughout the world. Now looking to strengthen their front of house team with a first class manager to match their first class hotel.

**The successful Breakfast Manager duties will include;**
- Supervise and manage the breakfast service ensuring the high standards are maintained and surpassed
- People management of service staff
- Training, motivate and disciplinaries
- Train new staff to ensure all employees are performing at the same level
- Develop the service highlighting area of improvement and development

This could be a brilliant chance for an experienced Supervisor or team leader to step up and become a manager

**The successful Breakfast Manager will enjoy;**

**Required experience & characteristics of the successful Breakfast Manager;**
- At least 1 years' experience Managing the breakfast service for a hotel
- Experience of working in a confectionery, desserts or chocolate manufacturing
- Reliable & conscientious
- Courteous, polite & professional
