**Position Overview**:
You will deliver our guests exceptional service throughout their stay whilst dining within their room.

**What you'll do**:

- Create a memorable experience for our guests by managing and anticipating guest expectations to provide a personalised service to their in room dining experience.
- Service guests bedrooms with orders, amenities and mini bar
- Deliver room service to guests rooms in a timely manner
- Take orders by telephone to the desired standards
- Be knowledgeable of all the food and beverage products sold in the hotel and be able to communicate offerings to our guests

**What you'll bring**:

- You will be interested in food and beverage and keen to learn the menus
- Happy to talk to our guests, with a customer service focus
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Able to work shifts
- Previous experience within a service environment
