**Job Title : Finance Assistant**

**Company Overview**: Travel Solutions is Northern Ireland’s leading and multi-award-winning Tour Operator. As we embark on an exciting new phase of growth and development, we are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to support our Finance Director in meeting the company’s financial requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Posting of sales and purchase ledger receipts and payments using a specialized software package for Travel Solutions.
- Extensive daily use of spreadsheets.
- Daily credit card posting and reconciliations.
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Daily bank lodgements.
- Online banking duties, including all payments to suppliers via BACS using multi-currency.
- Credit control duties, including chasing up outstanding debt.
- Handling multi intercompany transfers.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.
- General administrative tasks associated with the running of a busy accounts department.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in an accounts department is essential
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Confident, positive, and energetic individual.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive salary.
- Workplace pension.
- Standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours or weekend requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
