£20,322.40 per annum

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Duties will include but not limited to:

- Supporting the lead Nurse
- Line managing other Receptionists
- Support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients
- Work with the Client Care Team Leader and other members of the SLT team
- Help ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Identify staff training needs and work with the Client Care Team Leader to organise training
- Demonstrate positive leadership skills by leading by example
- Communicate with other Seniors to organise reception cover for sickness
- Work with Client Care Team Leaders on overseeing debt as well as other reception and admin tasks
- Communication of any business updates
- Registering clients, dealing with enquiries, taking orders for repeat prescriptions, and promoting the Pet Health Club.

Previous reception experience is essential and previous veterinary experience is desirable.

This is a full-time 40-hour-a-week position working 1 in 4 weekends. Shift patterns include 7.30 to 4.30 and 11 am to 8 pm.

A driving licence is required for this role as it's a roving role and you will be expected to cover other branches for holidays and sickness.
