Veterinary Receptionist – West Mount Vets Join us at CVS Group UK as a Veterinary Receptionist at the West Mount Vets practice located at our West Vale site. This is a permanent role, with 35 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, share in Weekend rota). About the Role Answer phones and book appointments. Respond to queries via phone, in person and email. Register new clients and complete insurance forms. Dispense medications and take payments. Provide a warm and welcoming experience to clients arriving at the practice. What We're Looking For Previous receptionist experience essential (veterinary experience a plus). Resilience to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations. Excellent communicator with strong empathy. Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with members of the public. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management operating systems. What We Can Offer You Salary in line with National Minimum Wage (as of 1 April 2025).
