We are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to provide effective coordination and administrative support to the Commercial Surveyor and the Strategic Asset Management team.

This is an exciting new role within the team where you where you will liaise with internal colleagues, external solicitors, valuers, funders, and local authorities to ensure that properties and land are disposed of in a timely manner. You will also focus on stock performance, stock rationalisation and minor land sales.

Some things we need from you

You should have a good standard of education to GCSE level including English and Maths

Have proven experience of problem solving and finding practical solutions.

Have effective communication skills with people at all levels

Able to develop good working relationships internally and externally with good negotiation skills

You should be numerate - to include understanding of ratios, percentages, subtraction, and multiplication

Have good IT skills - Word, Outlook, and Excel to include the ability to develop formula.

Be organised with the ability to work to strict deadlines

Able to work autonomously and use own initiative whilst working within required processes

Have a can-do attitude, be resilient and assertive and be able to manage conflicting priorities.

While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester. You will be required to undergo a basic DBS check prior to commencing this role.
