**What you will be doing...**:

- Here’s what a day in our fast-paced, fun and vibrant team looks like:

- Handle customer inquiries and sales through Live Chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and ticketing systems.
- Promote and sell holiday packages, memberships, and additional services, consistently identifying opportinuties to cross and up-sell.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Manage ticketing system for callbacks and following up with customers as required.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Some of the skills we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the holiday or travel industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Live Chat, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet,
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
