**About the Role**
As the **Payroll Specialist**, you'll be at the heart of the operations, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for the dynamic workforce. Your expertise will help maintain smooth payroll functions while keeping compliance at the forefront. You'll collaborate closely with the HR and finance teams, handling everything from processing timesheets to resolving payroll queries.

**What You'll Do**
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations
- Manage deductions, pensions, and benefits
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and reports
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Stay current with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies

- Previous experience in a payroll role
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
