**Grade**:£20,000-£21,500 + 10% bonus, healthcare, private pension

**Inside the role**:
- First line support of the Academy Online platform including identifying common issues being reported by the users and working with the digital team to rectify issues
- Complete all admin related tasks in relation to Academy Online platform
- Liaise with function heads to identify face to face workshop and virtual classroom needs and what will need to be covered on the Academy Online platform (course requirements)
- Providing insights and reporting to stakeholders on training courses and workshops
- Advertising workshops via internal comms channels and the online platform and supporting with the booking of the workshops (and any other ad hoc events)
- Manage content publishing for our SharePoint pages, this includes:
- Ensuring periodic reviews of learning and development offering to ensure it is fit for purpose in relation to SharePoint content
- Updating of Org Charts and publishing on SharePoint
- Support any other admin related requests from the wider Talent and Capability team
**We’re open to you**:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to respond positively and clearly to end users at all levels
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Experience with HR systems or Learning management systems would be a bonus
- Experience working with high volumes of data
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
