Supporting our CAMHS services across the region, join Elysium as the Regional Training Officer, where you will work alongside the Regional Training Manager and the L&D team to identify staff training and development needs, and support the planning, organising,and the delivering of appropriate training. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will liaise with the central L&D Team and the senior management at services across the region to provide inclusive support for our induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery. As a Regional Training Officer, you will work collaboratively with the wider L&D team, Registered Managers and Regional Leads for our CAMHS services to evolve and shape the training to ensure it is service-specific, accessible to all employees and under nationalguidelines. A range of training opportunities are available that can see your career grow and you achieve your career aspirations. **Your responsibilities will include**: - To provide high quality classroom-based training, on-ward coaching, and support in all aspects of required and development training. - To ensure that all relevant information is cascaded down to all members of staff and that the staff demonstrate a clear understanding and adherence to the operations of policies and procedures within Elysium Healthcare. - To support the services training team with design and delivery, as part of the induction programme, refresher training, and specialist service delivery - To provide support with training requirements as identified by Training Managers, central L&D Team and Hospital Directors - To ensure that all training has an inclusive approach and can evidence best practice - To react positively to hot topics, changes in legislation, governing body impacts or corporate policy changes. - To take part, as directed, in the review process of all training packages and related policies on a predetermined basis. **To be successful in this role, you'll have**: - Teaching experience and a formal teaching qualification or willing to work towards one - GSA MVA Tutor award or willing to work towards one - Evidence of training experience - Experience of working in a multi-site environment - Possess effective time management and organisational skills - Current Driving Licence - Ability to stay away from home-base as required **What you will get**: - Annual salary of £26,000 - £28,000 + Benefits - £5,000 Car Allowance - The equivalent of 33 days annual leave - plus your birthday off - Free meals and parking (when at site) - Wellbeing support and activities - Career development and training - Pension contribution - Life Assurance - Enhanced Maternity Package
