**Duties**:
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, triage feedback, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product features
- Conduct user-research and testing to identify user needs and pain points, and use data to drive product decisions
- Partner with our design team to create intuitive and accessible user experiences that help our clients meet WCAG and other accessibility standards
- Continuously monitor and analyse the market and competition, and use insights to improve our product offering
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of our product to customers
- Be an expert on international accessibility standards, regulations, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product development and positioning

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a demonstrable track record of launching successful products
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development as a product owner
- Passion for creating products that make a positive impact on people's lives
