As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for employees on questions related to their employment, payroll and benefits. You will support several countries in EMEA and APAC and you will support to the Global HR team on the HR System.

**What you'll be doing**
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees on questions related to their employment, payroll and benefits
- Maintain employee records, be accountable for accuracy and integrity of the employee data.
- Prepare employment paperwork, manage benefits enrollment and provide orientations for new employees
- Manage monthly payroll preparation, expenses reports and coordination with our external payroll providers.
- Manage Visa and work Permit processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and ensure appropriate HR policies are in place.
- Improve our HR processes to positively impact our employee experience
- Provide support to the Global HR team on the HR System (Lucca)

**What you'll need to be successful**
- 3-5 years experience as a HR Operations Specialist in an international environment
- Curious, self-starter, problem solver and results oriented
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and payroll rules
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
