**Front of House - Receptionist - Medical Aesthetics Clinic - 20-30 Hours per week**

Look Lovely London has been operating from our St. John's Wood clinic for over a decade, and our team have carried out thousands of treatments.
Our team of advanced aesthetics practitioners are focused on exceptional customer service, and bespoke treatments. We have many loyal patients that have been coming back for years, and we treat them like family. Our team works closely together to make sure all our patients look and feel amazing.
**THE ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced front of house receptionist to join our friendly and patient focused aesthetic clinic.
You will handle general day to day activities such as opening and closing the clinic, as well as ensuring the clinic is presented to the highest standard at all times.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Meet and greet patients for booked appointments - ensuring they are met in a professional and considerate manner
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Providing proactive support to the whole team
- Call handling and bookings. Cancelling & rescheduling appointments as necessary
- Responsible for taking payments, including daily reconciliation processes
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
**EXPERIENCE**
- You will need to have proven outstanding customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with both patients and practitioners. You must be a team player
- Previous experience in customer service is ESSENTIAL
- This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar aesthetic business - or from a spa, hairdressing, and/or beauty background. An interest in aesthetics is mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will be required to remain calm in situations of high pressure. Multi tasking is essential.
- Ability to follow direction and processes with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous administration experience advantageous
- Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft packages

**Job Type: 20-30 hours per week, with the flexibility to do more**. Some Saturdays and evenings required + extra cover in the event of holiday
