**The Role**
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating a strong customer experience when our customers need us most. You will embodying the empathetic and professional spirit of Policy Expert. Every interaction is a chance to shine, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported. You'll be the friendly and helpful voice that leaves a lasting impression, making every call a positive and memorable experience
**Empathy in Action**: As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be a calming and supportive voice when they need it most. You'll listen carefully, show genuine compassion, and guide customers through the claims process with care and understanding.
**Creating Strong Customer Outcomes**:Your goal will be to achieve the best possible results for our customers by providing swift and accurate assistance. You’ll take pride in resolving claims quickly, fairly, and transparently, helping customers get back on the road and back to their lives.
**Knowledgeable and Professional**: With your strong understanding of the insurance industry, you’ll guide customers with confidence. We’ll provide you with ongoing training to keep your skills sharp, so you can continue to deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.
**Creating memorable experiences**:Meeting the expectation and standards of our Customer Service within Policy Expert.Handling inbound telephone calls from customers.
**Adaptable and Resilient**:Every day is different, and you’ll be ready to handle the unexpected. Whether it’s a minor fender-bender or a more complex claim, you’ll adapt quickly, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
**Taking care of the details**:Ensuring workloads are completed by required deadlines and meet quality standards in line with FCA compliance and best practices.Keeping up to date with our products, processes, and industry developments.

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
