With a background in a warehouse/production environment, you will manage all aspects of our new facility. From recruitment to ensuring effective unit cost management of labour, materials and variables in line with budgets and targets

On a daily basis, you will ensure that all work is completed according to daily work schedules and that all information received is communicated to the right people in a timely manner.

Ensuring compliance with legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practices and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.

You will pride yourself on delivering our world-famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.

With a passion for staff development, you will lead our team and coach and guide them to excel.

You will be a self-motivated, consistently professional individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in all you do. You strive to exceed your internal and external customers’ expectations and have a high level of attention to detail, alongside a methodical and logical approach to work.
