**About The Role**:
You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support for the busy Temporary Housing Accommodation and Allocation team.

You’ll assist in the provision and management of temporary accommodation for homeless households. Key duties will involve maintaining accurate case records and carrying out all administration for the management of void properties including liaison with utility companies, contractors and landlords.

You’ll assist with processing claims or invoices for landlord fees, tenant damages and repairs, and financial reconciliations and Stage One debt collection activities. You’ll also prepare tenancy sign-up documentation and detailed inventories.

Following a successful induction process, this post will be open to remote working for part of the working week.

**About You**:
You’ll need excellent administration and ICT skills along with a customer orientated approach; work well under pressure and have a professional image and attitude, as well as being polite and discreet. You will need flexibility to help out with other duties as required and with working hours.
