VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a **Project Implementation Executive **for a leading global financial organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a thriving company that offers an amazing working environment, fantastic package and progression opportunities

This role will be **Hybrid **working, involving a split of working in **Belfast City Centre**, and working from home. This is a Monday - Friday position (**Permanent**).

**Salary**:
£24,000 - £28,000 + Progression Opportunities + Great Benefits

**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of a payroll implementation executive is to support the implementation team in managing the project delivery for high profile multinational clients
- Monitor project plan deliverables on a daily basis and keep ZOHO updated with an accurate status;
- Liaise with BDO offices & the client regarding project deliverables;
- Minute and action taking ensuring the relevant person gets allocated the correct action;
- Review issue logs (in ZOHO) on a weekly basis and update the status;
- Escalating in a timely manner;
- Setting up Microsoft Teams conference calls;
- Other general administrative tasks; and
- Provide concise overview of project status to all team members during a daily Teams call.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification, or payroll foundation experience
- 1-year project management experience preferably in a financial services firm or similar environment
- Excellent project planning skills
- Attention to detail is a key part of the role
