Working alongside Project Managers, you will take clear ownership of functional and technical delivery areas, combining business analysis and consultancy to gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, and manage key phases of implementation.You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to translate needs into scalable, value-driven solutions, always guided by a commitment to client success and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Project Manager to align timelines, manage client expectations, and support coordinated project deliveryLead or support the end-to-end implementation of solutions for new and existing clientsGather, document, and analyse client business requirements using structured BA techniquesTranslate client needs into functional specifications and configuration plansWork with internal teams (Project Manager, Product, QA, Operations) to ensure alignment between solution design and deliverySet up and configure Allsop solutions to meet client specificationsSupport clients through testing phases (e.g. UAT) and assist in issue resolutionDeliver product training, onboarding workshops, and system walk-throughsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communicationProvide input into product enhancements and internal process improvements based on client feedback and project insightsMaintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and handover notesTechnologies & ToolsYou will have working knowledge of or a strong interest in:Platforms: Allsop products & cloud-based applicationsTools: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint & TeamsAnalysis: Use case design, requirements traceability & basic data querying (SQL)Documentation: Word, PowerPoint & process flow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)Behavioural CompetenciesWorks effectively under the direction of a Project Manager and communicates progress clearlyStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetClear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsEmpathetic listener who understands business context and client pain pointsHighly organised and proactive in managing project deliverablesDetail-oriented and adaptable to different client environmentsCollaborative team player with a commitment to client successExperience2–5 years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, or consultancyExperience collaborating with clients to gather and translate business requirementsFamiliarity with technology projects and remote implementation of SaaS solutionsExposure to agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional teamsAbility to balance multiple priorities and workstreamsExperience of working with medium-to-large scale organisations desirableSuccess MeasuresSuccessful delivery of implementation projects on time and within scopeQuality of requirements documentation and solution configurationClient satisfaction and feedback scoresNumber and severity of issues during testing and go-liveInternal stakeholder feedback on collaboration and communicationContributions to process or product improvementsCareer DevelopmentThis role sits within the Implementation team and, depending on your interest and development, can prepare you for progression into the following:Project Manager or Client Success Manager rolesLateral moves into Product, QA, or Operations teamsLateral moves into Sales & MarketingAs the company scales other opportunities may become availableWe support your growth with:Monthly dedicated time for personal developmentAccess to a learning and development hubEncouragement and support for external training and certificationsBenefitsCompetitive Salary and target-based progression planHybrid Working EnvironmentHealthcare Plan and Private Medical InsuranceWorkplace Pension SchemeLatest Hardware and SoftwareQuarterly Team TripsFor more information about how we use and protect your data, please visit our website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
