This reputable contractor is looking to take on a Buyer or Senior Buyer to head up the procurement on a £11million JCT D&B project alongside the Commercial Manager, Project Manager and site team. The project involves a new build retail store, smaller retail/residentialunits and an educational building.

This is a permanent role and a new position for the company in Exeter. Outside of this scheme they are well known for handling commercial, industrial, residential and leisure projects up to £15million.

What they are looking for?
- An experienced Buyer who has worked for a main contractor on a variety of new build schemes
- Broad range of commercial experience handling projects from £7-13million
- Based locally to Exeter, able to work on site
- If you have managerial experience or the motivation to step into a leadership role that would be ideal
