**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the Team**: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift.
- **Crafting Delight**: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
- **Spotless Setup**: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- **Stock Management**: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top-notch condition.
- **Transaction Savvy**: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision.
- **Event Support**: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- **Team Player**: Support the Food & Beverage department as needed, whether it’s assisting with table service, food preparation, or helping train team members.

**Desired Skills and Education**:

- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality is desirable, though not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
