**Duties**
- Serve customers, supervise and lead the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Take customers orders within the restaurant and serve food.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality control in all aspects of production.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Train new staff on bar procedures, including cocktail preparation and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in the hospitality industry to keep the bar offerings fresh and appealing.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
