As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for delivering **Void and Responsive repairs** to our social housing stock—making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

**What will you be doing?**

This role is ideal for someone with expertise in **two primary trades**, including:

- **
Carpentry**: 2nd fix works such as flooring, staircase and balustrades, kitchen installations, doors, mouldings, glazing, and fencing.
- **Plus another trade**: You’ll also bring skills from a related trade to support a wide range of repairs. Plumbing, plastering or locksmith advantageous.

You’ll need to work independently, follow strict Health & Safety guidelines, and always maintain a high-quality standard of workmanship.
