**Senior Administrator / Receptionist**
Our Client, a leading employer is looking for a Senior Administrator / Receptionist to join their growing team. This role is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months
**Job Role**:
- To act as first point of contact for Directors and Management in dealing with business related correspondence, visitors and phone-calls.
- Proactively provide a first-class customer service to all colleagues and clients, through anticipating and delivering requirements, maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders and working as a team across the business sites, to drive continuous improvement.
- Produce a wide range of business-related documentation, manage the collation and distribution of documents in advance of internal and external meetings as required.
- Design presentations and assist in the preparation of high-quality reports.
- Representing the business in strategic activities to support and drive the business forward through contributing to the delivery of multiple initiatives and projects.
- Pro-actively manage the company’s various communication forums both internally and externally - Facebook, Linked In, website, internal screens, newsletter and notice boards
- Preparing, booking and servicing internal and external meetings
- Extensive and complex booking and arranging of travel, transport, accommodation and car hire when required
- Manage the Linden Website and ensure all communications are kept up to d **Recording employee expenses, maintain credit card receipts and reconciliation of same, and managepetty cash**
**Essential criteria for this role**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior admin/ PA / Receptionist role
- Proven experience of preparing professional reports and diary management
- Ability to treat all information in a confidential and discreet manner
- Experience of making multiple and complex business travel bookings
- Proficient in Microsoft packages as well as experience of utilising social media for corporate use
- Previous experience in diary management
