**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and caring **Support Worker** to join our team in **Sutton**. You’ll be working in a shared home where **eight people with learning disabilities** live.

Your job will be to support them with daily tasks like:

- Cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Going out to activities, appointments, or events
- Helping them feel safe, confident, and independent
- Being part of their daily routine and emotional support

If you can drive, it’s a big plus - you may be asked to drive one of the people we support in their car.

**Hours**

This is a **full-time role**. You’ll be working on a **rotating shift pattern**, which includes:

- ** Day shifts**:

- ** Sleep-in shifts**:

- ** Waking night shifts**:

- ** Some weekends**

You’ll need to be flexible and reliable.

**Location**

This role is based in **Sutton, South West London**.
You’ll be working in a friendly, supportive home for eight people.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has experience working with people with learning disabilities
- Is kind, calm, and patient
- Can work well as part of a team
- Is happy to work nights and weekends when needed
- Is a **driver** (this is helpful, but not essential)
