An experienced Beauty Production Assistant is required to join a friendly, fast moving team in London. Working directly with hair, makeup, manicurists. This person is passionate
about fashion, has a can-do attitude, ability to multi-task and is a great team player.

Responsibilities and duties
- Work directly with the beauty agents and artists to facilitate all aspects of a job
- Liaise with artists and their assistants
- Liaise with clients and outside producers
- Travel coordination (hotels, flights, cars service, credit card authorization forms, etc)
- Book assistant teams
- Deal memos, Billing, wrapping jobs after completion and signing off invoices
- Manage ever changing artist calendars
- Liaise with PR’s for beauty products for artist
- Maintaining/chasing artists imagery
- Ad-hoc office duties

Skills and experience
- 2 years+ experience in production.
- Proven problem solver who is highly organised, enthusiastic, detail orientated, calm under pressure, self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Experience with itineraries and schedules.
- Needs to be confident and comfortable speaking with artists.
- Interest in social media and digital content
- Knowledge of working photographers, stylists, and hair & makeup artists is a bonus

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is desired but not essential
- Keynote
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook

The company offer an excellent salary / benefit package with an established career path and the role is 2/3 days in the office and the rest WFH

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
