- advanced pipeline inspection technologies, integrity engineering expertise and powerful data management software which help to drive enhanced pipeline safety;
- a range of extensive pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance services which help enable event free start up, improve efficiency and maximize throughput.

PPS’s Marketing team is small but well positioned to support growth through strategic business planning and external communications in partnership with our colleagues in the Product Line, and Commercial teams.

As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support Baker Hughes Process & Pipelines Services (PPS) strategic planning process and maximize PPS’s image, visibility and brand awareness in the O&G process and pipeline services market through key marketing communication activities. You will be responsible for:

- Supporting the development of regional/global strategic plans by participating in the data management and data capture in regional workshops and developing the plan with internal teams
- Launching new products and services into the market including organising, executing and measuring success against the plan
- Collaborating with the PPS Communications Partner, informing and influencing stakeholders through a comprehensive & engaging Communications Plan, enhancing the reputation and brand of PPS to enable growth
- Using your technical experience and knowledge of our products and services, compose compelling and insightful copy for collateral development (for webpages, case studies, brochures, factsheets, etc) to equip our Commercial team to demonstrate our capabilities in the market
- Identifying and adopting digital tools, processes and technologies to influence the market, tell our story and drive demand, using metrics to measure impact and boost the reach & success of the Communications Plan
- Working with our Finance Team to ensure our planned Marketing & Communications activities fit within our budget and monitor the monthly/year-to-date spend

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Have a technical or engineering experience in the process and pipeline market
- Have proven communications and marketing experience including experience of developing successful marketing and communication strategies
- Have a sound understanding of marketing data sources (primary & secondary), and media (promotion & advertising, digital, events)
- Be able to plan, set-up and analyse appropriate metrics to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and activities
- Have excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling content and stories
- Be skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel - including analysing data with, for example, pivot tables
- Have good influencing, problem solving and interpersonal skills
