**Internal Auditor (AVP) - Financial Crime, Compliance and Conduct**
**Glasgow**
As a Barclays Internal Auditor Assistant Vice President - Financial Crime, Compliance and Conduct Manager, you will work closely with others across BIA. This is a key role where you need to proactively participate in additional tasks as requested by VPs, Directors or Managing Directors in BIA, helping in the meantime the delivery of BIA Audit Plan. You will be in charge of the observations to identify key risks, engaging with key business stakeholders through the process of the audit.

**What will you be doing?**:
- Supporting the audit owner in scoping and execution of audit
- Identifying and assessing risk and controls and complete testing
- Managing the document processes, risk and controls
- Writing and developing high quality audit observations
- Updating Audit Owner and Audit Team with progress and observations
- Performing issues validation test procedures
- Promoting a culture of efficiency through the use of Agile and Automated Auditing Techniques
- Providing complete, accurate and timely information for BIA reporting
**What we’re looking for**:
- Relevant professional qualifications related to Financial Crime, Fraud and/or Internal Auditing
- Experience in risk based auditing or risk/control activities and technical knowledge in the relevant specialist field of Conduct Risk, Financial Crime Risk and/or Fraud Risk
- Practical knowledge of relevant regulatory environment
- Proven track record of high performance in previous roles
