We’re looking for an energetic Outbound Contact Specialist to join our sales team and play a key role in booking qualified appointments for our field sales consultants.

As demand for our services grows, we’re expanding and we are now looking for outbound team to generate high-quality leads for our field sales force.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Making outbound calls to potential clients using our in-house database.
- Engaging with business decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Introducing our services in a clear, professional, and compelling way.
- Booking qualified appointments for our field sales team to close deals.
- Recording accurate information and updates.
- Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls and booked appointments.
- Providing feedback to improve call strategy and outreach performance.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred).
- Comfortable working with targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
