**Purpose of Role**
- Provide prompt and efficient aviation logístical services to clients
- Provide a professional and positive image of Chapman Freeborn Flight Support to clients and suppliers
- Promote and act positively upon all commercial opportunities for the business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Updating the database with new projects and information
- Raising Requests for Services and Service Agreements
- When required seek ACMI availability in global markets
- Support aircraft brokers where required in setup of sub charters to meet airline clients needs
- Reconcile projects to the point of closure
- Keep up to date with activities of other operation officers using the appropriate network of communication

**Requirements**:

- 2 years in an equivalent role
- To be based in Gatwick, UK
- Strong communication skills in a multinational environment
