Technical Stairlift Manager

Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our high-profile clients to appoint a German speaking Technical Stairlift Manager on a permanent basis.

This will be working remotely from home with monthly travel to Germany. You will be providing technical support and training to stairlift dealers across Germany.

**Job Title**: Technical Stairlift Manager (Germany speaker)

**Salary**: Competitive + lucrative bonus

**Hours**: 37.5 pw

**Location**: Remote and/or office based, with frequent travel to Germany

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical guidance to their customers.
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written technical enquiries.
- Carry out fault finding and corrective actions and escalate all quality issues as required.
- Provide training on installation, service and maintenance of all products and attend supervised installations as required.
- Update technical documents.
- Liaise with factories and give feedback to relevant R&D departments on technical and quality issues as required.
- Keep up to date with all work-related products.
- Accredit customers and maintain their technical knowledge of all our clients products.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested

**To be considered for this opportunity you will have**:

- Experience as an Engineer or technician with strong mechanical and / or electrical skills
- Very good working knowledge of German
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or similar qualification is desirable
- Strong MS Office experience

Although not essential access to your own vehicle would be advantageous due to the location of HQ.
