Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join the business based out of their Croydon Dealership.
You will be required to provide accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly. You will help manage our clients current stock levels, as well as helpingsource parts for their customers or themselves. You will be part of the Trade Parts team.

About the role of Parts Advisor
- Taking inbound calls from customers, advising and helping them in any way possible
- Order parts for trade and retail customers
- Notify customer on arrival to allow work to be scheduled and minimise parts stockholdings
- Helping coordinate the parts drivers
- Speaking to customers over the counter sourcing the right part for them
- Qualifying orders, checking information, and making sure all is correct
- Making sure all customers are happy with the service received
- Selling parts over the phone and over the counter
- Offer other products/services that may help the customer
To be a Parts Advisor
- Experience within an Automotive environment
- Be an experienced Parts Advisor from a Main Dealer OR Independent Dealer
- Can handle a busy workload and deliver on promises
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to keep up
- Understand the customer journey and deliver the best service possible
- Take great care and pride in your work
- Have excellent communication skills both F2F and over the phone
About the company
- Excellent basic Salary up to £30,000
