**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the first point of contact for private clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- ** Account Management**:

- Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
- Prepare and review client reports, including portfolio performance, account statements, and transaction summaries.
- Assist in the execution of investment strategies and ensure that all client activities comply with the firm’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- ** Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the Private Client Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- ** Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and client portfolios.
- Support the team in analyzing client portfolios and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in private client services.
- ** Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to the firm’s compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with client accounts.
- Participate in regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
