**THE COMPANY**
This top Data and Insights consultancy connect data, science and innovative digital research solutions to provide answers for key business questions around consumers, markets, brands and media. Currently they are in the latter stages of a transformationaljourney from a traditional market research company to a trusted provider of prescriptive data analytics powered by innovative technology.
**THE ROLE**
The successful Associate Director will be expected to conduct the following:
- Bringing the moderation projects in-house - they are currently using an agency so they want to have a dedicated moderator
- Confidently running focus groups and interviews for tech clients
- Being a part of a close-knit and fun research function, working closely with the C-Suite
- Support future prospects and new business opportunities
- Being in a high profile role with significant client contact
- Working in a team
- Deliver reporting and build story led presentations
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You will have commercial experience with qualitative moderating
- You will want to be a part of a fast-paced research team
- You will have strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage expectations
- Ability to manage projects
- Ability to connect with clients and build relationships
- Be organised and flexible - The ability to plan and adjust plans to achieve changing goals is key
