Business Administrator

If you are experienced in providing efficient and effective administration, then join the new team at the newly opened Dunnock View (formerly Oak Tree Manor) mental health hospital as a Business Administrator.
Working 30 hours a week alongside the wider admin and support team, you will be part of something meaningful, where your actions will support the care provided to people in our care.
As Business Administrator you will work with the Compliance Lead and PA to the Hospital Director to help deliver performance targets, assist with finance and training administration.
**Your responsibilities as Business Administrator will include**:
- Supporting the accurate maintenance and recording of all patient related contract information and patient observational hours and data input
- Being trained in pay roll, petty cash and other Elysium staff software to support with continued service delivery
- Undertake general administration roles such as filing, auditing, minute taking and report writing
- Develop and maintain data collecting spreadsheets
- Cover admin roles as directed by the Hospital Director and management team
- Support the Business Lead with completion of EPCs and following up with NHSE case managers and Elysium Finance
- Support the management team with investigations and complete relevant reports and outcomes to set timescales
- Support with the staffing requirements of the service as and when required
**To be successful as a Business Administrator, you will have**:
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of electronic staff booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Experience working in a similar environment.
