**The role**
To deliver exceptionally high-quality health and wellbeing coaching to Bluecrest customers. To achieve minimum company standards associated with clinical accuracy, quality, and customer service.
**The aim of the role is to**:
- Extend the accessibility of our health reports by providing an alternative to written communication.
- Help customers understand their results by expanding on information given
- Promote better health outcomes by raising awareness of changes customers can make to improve their wellbeing.
- Support ongoing care by directing customers to relevant support services
- The Health and Wellbeing Specialist will also carry out a wide spectrum of administration and customer service duties to enable Bluecrest Health Screening to function efficiently and to provide excellent customer service to our customer base.
**Job definition**
The below is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities and the post holder is expected to undertake other duties appropriate to the role as may be reasonably required; especially with extra duties commensurate with a Health and Wellbeing coaching role.
- Provide a high standard of 1:1 personalised coaching to customers who have had a Bluecrest Health Assessment
- Use of motivational interviewing to support and guide customers
- To confidently respond to questions and queries regarding customers assessment results
- To have excellent knowledge and understanding of the tests and results Bluecrest provides
- To always produce high quality customer service; engage and make our customers feel at ease and confident about the service
- Inform customers of medically appropriate tests and services available - you must be comfortable working to targets.
- Ensure you work to develop a strong and productive relationship with your Team Manager based on trust and respect.
- Ensure you spend time with your Team Manager discussing issues and any areas for development.
- Attend all training as required and keep up to date with clinical and wellbeing skills and knowledge.
- Ensure any sickness is reported as early as possible.
- Be prepared to be flexible in this role.
- An ability to work with sensitive data, actively listening, and using a range of communication methods when providing information
- Connect into the webcam-based link to connect with customer; ensuring you are available at the allocated time of appointment
- Communicate with line manager with any problems
- An ability to work on your own initiative and a part of a team
- To be knowledgeable, polite, and helpful during every interaction with the customer

**Key Skills, Qualifications, Characteristics & Attributes**:
**Clinical**
- Background in health care, sports science, personal training, or wellbeing is desirable
- Experience in a similar health care or coaching role is desirable
- Experience supporting customers in the 50+ age group would be an advantage
**Non-clinical**
- Excellent customer service skills - including empathy and good listening skills
- Happy to be flexible and prepared to work at short-notice on occasions
- Extremely articulate with an exceptional grasp of the English Language
- Warm, friendly empathetic disposition
- Ability to understand sales and sales techniques
- Hard working and honest
- Computer literate - Office 365 experience, and all Microsoft Office tools
- Numerate to a satisfactory standard
- Critical thinkers and creative individuals
- Highly organized
- Excel at multi-tasking and pay great attention to detail
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confidence to carry
