**At a glance**:

- Contract Type - This is a permanent, full time position
- Hours of work - Nights 22:00 - 06:00, 5 days a week on a rolling 6 week rotation to include weekends
- Salary - £28,000 per annum plus a £7866 night shift premium

**About the role**:
As our new Transport Operator (Nights) you will be responsible for managing Partnership and agency Drivers over a 24 hours a day, 7 day a week transport operation.

**You will be**:

- Maintaining full compliance under current EU driving regulations and the Working Time Directive.
- Ensuring achievement of productivity targets, agreed key customer service levels and key performance indicators within cost targets.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure Partners are treated fairly and with respect.
- Completing all relevant administrative duties within the department including the dispatching of vehicles, controlling the trailer movements onsite and liaising with the warehouses to achieve the load plan.

**Job Requirements**:
This role would suit someone who:

**Required essential experience skills and qualifications**:
Supply Chain experience Transport /Warehouse Office experience

**Desirable experience skills and qualifications**:
Good working knowledge of IT systems
National CPC qualification
