A Nightshift Team Manager is required to work in the distribution centre for a leading retailer near Maidstone.

**Client Details**

Page Personnel are working with a leading retailer who are looking for a Nightshift Team Manager based at one of their busiest distribution centres in the country.

**Description**

As a Nightshift Team Manager you will be expected to have the following responsibilities:

- Creating an inspiring, welcoming and inclusive working environment for everyone.
- Promoting a culture of safety first within my store through leading and managing safe
& legal
- Ensuring that the team are fully trained and validated in their roles
- Understanding the store operating model so colleagues are in the right place doing
the right activities at the right time
- Lead/managing the team to deliver a clean and tidy store
- Managing stock control activity, warehouse layout/processes to ensure colleagues
can complete their routines right, first time and back areas are safe and organised
- Ensuring that the team are fully trained and validated in their roles.

**Profile**
- You will have previous experience of working on a nightshift warehouse operation.
- Experience within a fast paced retail/FMCG environment would be advantageous.
- Be able to demonstrate team leadership skills and team engagement.
- Good communication skills.
